Mortec Manufacturing Co is a dedicated Stainless Steel Flanges Manufacturer in India. We machine every ASTM A182 flange from certified F304, F304L, F316 and F316L billet. All work happens at our own Mumbai plant. Each blank is heat-numbered before CNC turning begins. Solution annealing happens at or above 1010°C, followed by a rapid quench that keeps the austenitic grain structure stable. Molybdenum-bearing F316/F316L billet is chosen where chloride exposure is a concern, while F304/F304L covers general process duty at lower cost. We also manufacture SS Long Neck Flanges and SS Reducing Flanges on request.

Machining follows ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47 Series A/B, MSS SP-44. We offer RF, FF, RTJ facing in smooth or serrated finish. Custom bore drilling is done as per your isometric.
