Mortec Manufacturing Co works as a Stainless Steel 321 Flanges Manufacturer in India. Every flange receives individual stamping for complete material traceability. Each flange carries our heat number for complete identification. Blanks are upset and die-forged at our Mumbai manufacturing works. Flanges undergo solution annealing above 1040 °C before rapid quenching. This process keeps titanium bonded with carbon as fine titanium carbide. Chromium therefore remains free in solution throughout the finished flange. This prevents grain-boundary attack after welding or prolonged soaking. It also protects against carbide precipitation between 425-815 °C during service.
Machining, facing and drilling are completed fully in-house to required standards. Manufacturing follows ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, MSS SP-44, EN 1092-1 and JIS B2220. Sizes range from ½" NB upto 48" NB across Class 150-2500. We supply WNRF, SORF, BLRF, SWRF and lap joint patterns. Spectacle blind and orifice flanges are also available for dispatch. Standard dispatch takes three to five working days. PMI, hydrostatic testing and ASTM A262 Practice E reports are provided. Certification includes EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 documentation for compliance.
