ASTM B564 UNS N10276 Weld Neck Flange Manufacturer In India Machined Up To NPS 24 Inch
Mortec Manufacturing Co is a working Hastelloy C276 Flanges Manufacturer in India. Every ASTM B564 flange is cut from certified UNS N10276 stock at our own Mumbai plant. Each blank carries its heat number before it reaches the lathe. Finished forgings are solution annealed near 1121°C and quenched fast. That step keeps the nickel-molybdenum matrix free of grain-boundary carbides. The result is an alloy that stands up to wet chlorine gas, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide. Very few materials cope with all three. We also machine WNR 2.4819 Orifice Flanges and UNS N10276 Plate Flanges to drawing.
Machining follows ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47 Series A and B, and MSS SP-44. Facing is offered in RF, FF and RTJ with smooth or serrated finish. Bore sizes are drilled to match your isometric. As a direct Hastelloy C276 Flanges Supplier In India we carry the grade in stock. Alloy C276 Threaded Flange sizes also move ex-stock. Weld Neck, Slip-On, Blind and Socket Weld types cover Class 150 through 1500. Dispatch runs three to five working days. Orders include PMI readings and, on request, ASTM G28 intergranular test data.
