MTC 3.1 Certified ASTM B564 UNS N10675 RTJ Flanges Manufacturer in India
Hastelloy B3 is a nickel molybdenum alloy. Nickel 65 percent minimum and molybdenum 27 to 32 percent. It holds hydrochloric acid at any strength and any temperature. We forge and machine every pattern in Mumbai to ANSI B16.5. Half inch to 24 inch NB, Class 150 to 2500. Each piece ships with an EN 10204 3.1 certificate.
B3 replaced B2 for one reason. B2 turns brittle near 750°C as Ni₄Mo forms fast. That made welding risky. B3 adds chromium and iron. The reaction shifts to slow Ni₃Mo. The flange stays ductile through fabrication.
