Zero-Defect Quality ASTM F568 Grade 5.6 Anchor Bolt Manufacturer in India, Check Tensile Strength
A holding-down bolt cast into concrete cannot be replaced after installation. Therefore, buyers need Grade 5.6 proof load results before concrete pouring. We forge, machine, and thread Class 5.6 bolts within Mumbai facilities. Our certificates show 500 MPa tensile and 300 MPa yield minimums. Full-size bolts are tested in our NABL laboratory before certification. Each test result remains traceable through the stamped heat number.
Standard hex bolts, studs, and threaded rods remain stocked from M6-M36. Bent L and J anchors follow customer drawings for required dimensions. Plate-ended anchors and oversized M42-M64 sections are also produced accordingly. Threads are rolled where drawings permit for improved thread consistency. Long anchor sections receive cut threads when required by drawings. Every thread is GO/NO-GO gauged before applying any protective coating. This ensures galvanized bolts accept Class 5 nuts throughout installation.
