Top-grade UNS K90901 Plate Flange Manufacturer in India As Per ASME B16.5
We upsetting every blank from heat-numbered 9Cr-1Mo-V billet inside own Mumbai forge. Every blank is saw-cut from heat-numbered modified 9Cr-1Mo-V billet before forging. Grade F91 uses vanadium and niobium to stabilize the microstructure effectively. This stabilization protects against creep during demanding high-temperature service conditions. Proper normalising and tempering cycles remain essential for consistent performance.
We treat every flange inside our own controlled furnace. Treatment charts remain attached to each heat file for complete traceability. This avoids relying on external job-work treatment documentation completely. Machining follows ASME B16.5 from 1/2" through 24" sizes. ASME B16.47 Series A, B or MSS SP-44 applies above. Options include RTJ, RF and FF faces with custom drilling. Both Type 1 and Type 2 materials remain available with Classes 150 through 2500 for immediate requirements. Stocked references clear our works within three to five working days. PMI reports and EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificates complete each document pack.
