We manufactures ASTM A182 F22 flanges from heat-numbered 2¼Cr-1Mo billet. Each F22 blank begins with precision saw-cutting inside our Mumbai facility. The alloy combines chromium and molybdenum for demanding service applications. Refinery hydrotreater lines commonly specify F22 for demanding operating conditions. Reformer circuits similarly benefit from this alloy's elevated-temperature performance. Carbon remains between 0.05 and 0.15 percent for weldability. All heat treatment occurs within our own controlled furnaces.
Class 1 F22 flanges are supplied in annealed condition. Class 3 flanges receive normalising followed by controlled tempering treatment. Every finished piece undergoes hardness testing before machining operations begin. Machining follows ASME B16.5 from 1/2" through 48" sizes. Larger dimensions follow ASME B16.47 Series A, B, or MSS SP-44. RTJ, RF and FF faces are machined accurately within our facility. Non-standard bores and drilling patterns are also completed in-house. Every shipment includes PMI, hardness, and complete certification documentation. Certification is available under EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 requirements.
